HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 19 Urging the United States                                              
Congress to pass legislation to fund the acquisition of high-resolution                             
digital orthoimagery and digital elevation data for the entire state of                             
Alaska, was read the second time.                                                                   
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                            
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.                                
Without objection, it was so ordered.
